This list lists my two favorite games for each system.
PC
Name: Battlefield 1942/Desert Combat

Type: First Person Shooter
Summary: This game has a very good play and
online/LAN capabilities. Not only can you walk around with many weapons designed at the time(WWII or Desert Storm), you can also fly and drive the vehicles and planes of the time. I highly
recommend this game to everyone.
Name: Tribes 2
Platform(s): PC
Timeframe: Future
Type: First/third person shooter
Summary:
This game is primarily meant for team internet/LAN warfare. Tribes 2 has
many maps that can be played on, and in every type of climate. The music
is good but when you play for long times, it get repetitive. Tribes 2 is
one of the few games that has extensive clan support. You can send
friends e-mails and invites into clans.
Xbox (besides Halo)
Name: Soul Caliber 2
Platform(s): Xbox, PS2, GameCube
Timeframe: Medievalish
Type: Fighting
Summary: Soul Caliber 2 is like a more recent version of Street Fighter. There are many characters that appear in the Tekken games. This game is anger release, and is just fun for competition with friends.
Name: Hunter: The Reconing
Platform(s): Xbox
Timeframe: Modern
Type: Co-operative RPG thing
Summary: A freaky zombie killing team fights through hordes of freaky zombies and zombified objects. It is the DUMBEST game ever made but it is more fun than most games.
Playstation 2 (PS2)
Name: Amplitude
Platform(s): PS2
Timeframe: Future, kinda
Type: Music creator thing
Summary: You are a little ship thing with lasers on it that shoot half-spherical note containers. It's like Frequency, but better. The best thing on the game is the multiplayer, it is fun to try to get a song to sound exactly like it did when it was recorded by the artist.
Name: Midnight Club 2
Platform(s): PS2. Xbox
Timeframe: Modern
Type: Racing
Summary: Midnight Club is like Grand Theft Auto, you get a mission and you complete it. But you choose your car rather than stealing it. THis is a modern racing game that is focused on the illegal street racing done. Multiplayer has an option where you can cruise around a city and screw around. My friend and i invented a game, tag. You drive around attempting to hid the other person's car/motorcycle.
